What do flag ratings mean?
Croatian Flags
We award a rating (Croatian Flags) to each service or attraction that we have personally attended or reviewed. This is based on a scale of 1 flag to 5 flags. As submissions come from other reviewers, and where a rating has already been applied to a service, attraction or location we will take the suggested rating and average it with the one already applied. Half flags may be applied in due course.
