Harbours

Croatia and its islands have hundreds of harbours of all shapes and sizes. Some will accept yachts of any type, draught or size while others are limited by their depth and dimensions. Many of the bigger harbours have a permanent staff who will help you moor up, and facilities such as, Customs, power, water and in some cases toilets and showers.

In some locations harbours are an alternative to the marina, offering a different and more immediate experience of a village or town. In other locations harbours are the only choice as no marina exists. Services vary massively - from none at all to everything you might get at a marina; some have lazy lines while others require you to drop an anchor and motor back onto the wall.
