Hvar: Sucuraj Lighthouse

From the ferry terminal in the town of Sucuraj walk through the centre of the town and around the back of the harbour. Heading towards the shore again you will pass the Venetian fort and then soon find yourself on the edge of the town. Follow the road east and you will come to the lighthouse of Sucuraj at the very eastern tip of the island. This spot gives you a great view of much of the mainland, to Brac in the west and Peljesac in the south.
There areas where you can sunbath and swim to the west of the lighthouse on the northern shore of the island, however nothing you might consider to be a beach.
This is a short an unstrenuous walk mostly on the flat.

Park in the town then walk.

Otok Hvar: from Stari Grad or Vrboska take the main road (Route 116) east that runs along the spine of Hvar until your reach Sucuraj.
